How To Cancel Your Order

We understand that it is not easy to pick the perfect dress for your special day, and sometimes you might change your mind. However, all our orders, either customized items or standard items, are all made-to-order items. Once the tailoring has begun, the material cannot be recycled. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

1. Unpaid orders

All unpaid orders would be cancelled automatically 30 days after you place the order.

2. Paid orders

•  If you cancel the order before the beginning of tailoring, you are entitled to get a full refund.

•  If you cancel the order after the beginning of tailoring, your refund is calculated upon tailoring hours. 

An email will be sent to inform you of the beginning of tailoring phase. In general, tailoring team will start to work within 12 hours after your payment. (learn more about our order process)

* Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

* Rush fee will not be refunded after 72 hours upon notification of tailoring.
