We hope every customer gets what they are expecting! Just in case you are not satisfied with our product, we’ve made the return & refund process easy for you.

We will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product (The round-trip shipping cost will be deducted from the refund) if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Request return approval by contacting our customer service within 14 days of receiving your item(s). The item(s) must be returned in its original condition with the yellow anti-disassembly plastic seal on.



Step 1: Please send us an email at support@bridelulu.com with your Order ID within 14 days upon receipt of your package. The returns without prior approval from our Customer Service are not acceptable.

Step 2: Please find the return address and a return form to fill in, and go to a local post office and ship out the item(s) within 7 days upon receiving the return approval. UPS, DHL, and FedEx shipping services are not accepted. Please email us the tracking number of your returned parcel.
Step 3: We will process your refund as soon as your package is delivered and inspected at our facility. It takes 8-10 days for banks to process our refund request.


1. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with their tags still attached. The return will not be accepted if these defects are detected.

2. We do not accept the kind of “buy-more-keep-one” shopping because all our dresses are made to order. 


1. All customized items do not qualify for return or exchange, and neither do gifts.

2. All personal care items (including lingerie, swimwear, etc.) are final sale. Due to hygiene issues, there are no returns/exchanges.

3. Custom duty charged by your government will not be refunded.

4. Rush fee of $29.99 or $3.99 is non-refundable.

5. All accessories are non-refundable. Including veils, headpieces, jewelleries, handbags, wraps, garters, anklets, gloves, petticoats, belts & sashes, garment bags, etc.


Since we have no off-the-rack items we don’t do exchanges, you may return your purchase and reorder online.


Color Disobedience: Although we attempt to represent the colors of the products as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown on your end will 100% match those of actual finished products. The tone of lights, photoshop work of displayed pictures, and different settings of device monitors and screens may cause slight color disobedience.   

Fitting Issues: As all of our dresses are hand-sewn, the finished gowns may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailoring team will leave the extra fabric in the seams for alteration.
