We will issue a full refund for the cost of the returned product. Please note that a 10% restocking fee and order shipping fee will be applied to cover handling and processing.


RETURN PROCESS OVERVIEW:


Step 1: Return Request (within 14 days of delivery)

Please send a return request to support@bridelulu.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 

Please include your order ID and reason for return in your email. 

Please note that all returns require prior approval from our customer service team before they can proceed.


Step 2: Ship your return (within 7 days of approval)

Once your return is approved, please ship the item back using a tracked courier (e.g., USPS, Canada Post) within 7 days.

Please ensure that you include the completed return form in the package. 

Once shipped, please email us your tracking number so that we can track it.


Step 3: Inspection and Refund Eligibility

Items must be returned unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached and the yellow tamper-evident seal intact. 

Refunds will only be processed after our team has fully inspected the returned item.


Step 4: Refund Processing Timeline

Once we initiate your refund process, bank processing typically takes 5-10 business days. 

The exact time depends on your financial institution's processes and is subject to their processing timeline.


Note*: 


1. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with their tags still attached. The return will not be accepted if these defects are detected.

2. We do not accept the kind of “buy-more-keep-one” shopping because all our dresses are made to order. 


EXCEPTIONS


1. All customized items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.

2. All personal care items (lingerie, swimwear, etc.) are final sale due to hygiene.

3. Custom duty or estimated tax is non-refundable.

4. Shipping fees (Standard $14.99 / Express $24.99), Rush Service fee $29.99, and Shipping Insurance $0.99 are non-refundable.

5. All accessories are non-refundable (veils, headpieces, jewellery, handbags, wraps, garters, anklets, gloves, petticoats, belts & sashes, garment bags, etc.).


EXCHANGE


Since we have no off-the-rack item(s), we don’t do exchanges. You may return your purchase and reorder online.


CLARIFICATION


Color Variation: We represent colors as accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee a 100% match to actual products due to lighting, photo editing, and device monitor/screen settings.

Fitting Tolerance: As dresses are hand-sewn, finished measurements may vary by approximately one inch. Seams include extra fabric for alterations.
