I was very nervous about sizing on this dress due to the recommendations that corresponded with the measurements. I found them to be way off. My 5 year old was measurement from armpit to armpit ended up being for the 10-12 yo dress. After contacting other people who had left comments, It was recommended by them that I go by the age, not the measurement...so I bought a 4-5 for my 3 year old and 5-6 (1XL) for my 5 year old. The 4-5 year old dress came in the mail and it fit my older daughter, not my younger one. I am waiting on the 1 XL to see if it, too, will fit my older daughter and hopefully I will be able to exchange. The dress is very cute on, so soft (not itchy at all), stretchy and the length is perfect on my 44" tall, hollow to floor: 33" kid. just wish measurements were easier, so I didn't need to exchange.

Ruby also looks beautiful in her older-sister version of the same dress. They can't wait for their moment as flower girls in their uncle's wedding next month!

The craftsmanship on this dress is amazing! It is very high quality and the attention to detail is obvious. There is a layer of satin under the entire dress which prevents any discomfort from lace or tulle directly touching the skin. The flower shoulder straps are a wonderful variation to basic, straight straps. I ordered a size 7T for my 7yr old flower girl and gave all measurements as instructed on the order form. The dress fits perfectly and is absolutely beautiful!

Measurement requirements: Make sure you take your measurements barefoot. Do not measure over clothing except undergarments.

A BUST

This is NOT your bra size!

Wear an unpadded bra (your dress will have a built-in bra)

Relax arms at sides

Pull tape across the fullest part of the bust

B WAIST

Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist

This is the slimmest part of the waist

Measure across at this point

Keep tape slightly loose to allow for breathing room

C HIPS

Stand with feet together

Measure around the fullest part of the hips and rear

Tape should brush across both hipbones

D HOLLOW TO FLOOR

Stand straight with feet together

Measure from the center of your collarbone(hollow)straight down to the floor

To make it easier for you to walk post-ceremony and dance, our seamstresses add buttons, or ribbons into the dress by lifting up the train or tucking it into itself.
There are 3 ways in which our seamstresses can bustle the dress, and our seamstresses choose the best bustle style for your dress. If you like a bustle type particularly, please leave a note when place the order.

Type one：Button Bustle

This style has invisible popper buttons sewn in the lower part of the train, snapping them together will allow you to lift up the hem and create a floor length look.

Type two：Over Bustle

This style has covered buttons at the waistline of your dress, so the train can be lifted up itself.

Type three：Ribbon Bustle

This style has a ribbon loop on the train, which can be wore on your arm. The train would be lifted up and give you an elegant look.
